Nutrition Coaching

I understand how vulnerable and difficult it can be asking for help, let alone
embarking on a new journey for your health and fitness. I am here to assist,
encourage, educate, and support you through this experience. Knowing how
to eat the right foods can improve your health by helping both your body
and with mental clarity.

I have always been interested in nutrition and health. My mother was very skilled
in the kitchen and this is where my love for crafting recipes and meals began. As
a young mother myself, I acquired a wide array of knowledge on nutrition while
working with a son who had issues with seizures and various allergies and
successfully helped him overcome these challenges to the point he no longer
needed medication and greatly improved his chronic respiratory problems.

Whether your priority is diet, a fitness program, or both, I can help you achieve
your goals and maintain the healthy lifestyle you want! I believe nutrition is the
most important aspect of good health for our bodies to function properly from
the inside out and achieve our fitness goals.

My Story

Way2Eat Trainer - Cindy

I grew up east of Kansas City, MO and when I got married, I moved to Clarinda, IA. My
husband and I lived there for 23 years but when he decided to expand his business we
moved to the Crescent, IA area in 2010 and have lived here ever since. We love it here!

After raising my children I began pursuing things I was passionate about within health,
nutrition, and fitness. I have been involved with health and fitness for several years now.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) & Nutrition Coach and certified in CPR
through the American Heart Association. I really enjoy helping people meet their health,
nutrition, and fitness goals!

My program does not have a “cookie cutter” approach. My plans are custom-tailored to
meet the specific needs and goals of each individual client. I look to inspire, guide, and
coach my clients through a personalized experience tailored to their individual goals,
physical abilities, and personal schedules.
